Exchange Terms

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase.

  • If you are not satisfied, please return the item within this period. Once we receive your parcel, we will process the exchange within 3 working days.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and must include all original tags for the return or exchange to be valid.

Note: If the product is not defective, the buyer will bear the courier charges.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.

  • Items must meet the same conditions (unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn, and with all original tags).

  • Courier charges are the responsibility of the buyer if the product has no defect.

Exchange Procedure

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the defective part (if any).

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Email the photo to loomsattire@gmail.com and mention whether you wish to return or exchange.

  4. We will provide you with the return address.

  5. Send the package back using any traceable local courier service.

  6. Once we receive the parcel, we will process your exchange.

Note: A free exchange is only available for items with a visible defect. In all other cases, courier charges apply.

Refund / Return Policy

  • Refunds are accepted for unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase.

  • Customers must return products via traceable courier or registered post at their own expense.

  • A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund value.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7–15 working days after the returned items are received.

Disclaimer

  • All suits displayed on our website are Master Copies / Master Replicas.

  • Slight variations in shade or colour may occur due to studio lighting and display screens.

  • Refunds will not be issued for colour/shade variations. In such cases, only an exchange will be allowed.
