• Under COD policy, courier companies do not allow customers to open parcels before payment.

  • As a customer, you may request a return or exchange only after payment has been made and delivery has been acknowledged with the courier.

  • If you wish to return a parcel, you must first complete the payment, notify us, and then send the package back at your own expense.

  • For parcels valued at over Rs. 9,000, customers are required to pay an advance of Rs. 800.
